2. Nga Tohutohu Haumaru

3. Tatūnga
Follow these steps for proper installation of your filter pump.
- Wewete ana: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect the pump for any signs of damage during transit.
- Turanga: Position the pump as close to the pool as possible, ensuring it is below the water level for optimal self-priming. The pump should be on a firm, level surface to prevent vibration.
- Hononga ngongo: Connect the pool hoses to the pump's inlet and outlet ports. The pump supports hose diameters of 32mm and 38mm. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks and maintain prime.

- Te Whakapai i te Puma: As a self-priming pump, it will draw water once connected. However, for initial startup, it is recommended to fill the pre-filter housing with water to assist in faster priming.
- Hononga Hiko: Plug the pump into a suitable 230V electrical outlet. Ensure the circuit is protected by a Residual Current Device (RCD) for safety.
4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
Once installed, operating the pump is straightforward.
- Tīmatahia te Pump: Turn on the power supply to the pump. The pump will begin to draw water and circulate it through your filter system.
- Aroturuki: Observe the pump during its initial operation to ensure there are no leaks and that water is flowing correctly. The pump operates at approximately 70 dB.
- Whakamutua te Puma: Whakawetohia te hiko ki te papu.
- Wā Whakahaere: The optimal run time for your pump depends on your pool size and usage. For a 33,000-liter pool, ensure sufficient daily filtration to maintain water clarity.
5. Tiaki

- Whakapai i mua i te tātari: The pump is equipped with a pre-filter to catch larger debris. Regularly inspect and clean the pre-filter basket. - Te takurua: Before freezing temperatures, drain all water from the pump and hoses. Store the pump in a dry, frost-free location.
- Whakapai Whānui: Keep the exterior of the pump clean and free from dirt and debris. Do not use harsh chemicals.
