1. Hononga DVR

2. Whakaurunga Kamera
Mount the 720p HD bullet cameras in desired indoor or outdoor locations. The cameras feature weatherproof housing. Run the provided video/power cables from each camera to the DVR. Ensure cables are securely connected to the corresponding video input ports on the DVR and power outlets.

Cable Management Tip: When running cables, note that the ends are different, with one end connecting to the camera and the other to the DVR. Plan your cable routes carefully, especially through attics or walls. Consider using a fish tape for easier cable pulling.
3. Whirihoranga Tuatahi
Upon first power-up, the DVR will guide you through an initial setup wizard. Follow the on-screen prompts to set the date, time, and create a secure password. Ensure the DVR is connected to the internet for firmware updates and cloud connectivity features.
4. Stratus Cloud Connectivity (Remote Viewing)
The Lorex LHV10041TC4 supports 3-step Stratus Cloud Connectivity for remote viewing on Mac, PC, Android, and iOS smartphones/tablets. Download the official Lorex app for your mobile device or software for your computer. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your DVR to the cloud service. This typically involves scanning a QR code or entering a device ID.
For advanced network configurations, such as port forwarding, Lorex provides tools and support resources. Refer to the Lorex support website for detailed guides if you encounter connectivity issues.

- Unplug the DVR from the power source, wait 10 seconds, and plug it back in.
- Ensure the USB mouse is properly connected.
