  2. Maa Mata: Thoroughly clean the chosen area on the rear window with an alcohol wipe and allow it to dry completely. This ensures proper adhesion.
  3. Test Orientation: Before permanently attaching the camera, temporarily hold it in place and connect it to the main dash cam unit. Power on the main unit and check the live view (if available) or a recorded clip to confirm the camera's orientation is correct (not upside down or rotated). Adjust as necessary.
  4. Āpiti Kāmera: Remove the protective film from the adhesive pad on the camera mount. Firmly press the camera onto the cleaned rear window surface for at least 30 seconds.

Use cable clips (not included) to secure the cable and hide it for a neat installation. Ensure the cable does not interfere with airbags or other vehicle safety features.
