Carefully remove the BaseStation and its components from the packaging. Place the BaseStation on a stable, flat surface where you intend to use your iPad. Ensure there is a power outlet nearby.

Connect the provided iPort 15V 2A Power Supply to the power input port on the BaseStation. Plug the power supply into a standard electrical outlet. The BaseStation is now ready to charge your iPad.
3.3 Preparing Your iPad
The iPort Launch BaseStation requires an iPort Launch Case (sold separately) to function. Ensure your iPad is securely installed within a compatible iPort Launch Case. The Launch Case features a magnetic and inductive charging interface on its rear, which aligns with the BaseStation.

4.1 Placing the iPad for Charging
With your iPad in its iPort Launch Case, simply place it onto the BaseStation. The magnets in the case and BaseStation will align, securing the iPad in place. Inductive charging will begin automatically upon proper connection.
The BaseStation allows for flexible orientation. You can place your iPad in either portrait or landscape mode, and charging will continue uninterrupted.

4.2 Inductive Charging
The BaseStation utilizes inductive charging technology, eliminating the need for physical cables to connect to your iPad. Once the iPad in its Launch Case is correctly seated on the BaseStation, power is transferred wirelessly, keeping your iPad charged and ready for use.

- Unstable iPad Connection:
- Ensure the BaseStation is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Inspect the magnetic interface on both the BaseStation and the Launch Case for any obstructions or damage.
- BaseStation Feels Warm:
- It is normal for the BaseStation to become slightly warm during operation, especially during active charging. If it becomes excessively hot, disconnect the power supply and contact support.
