2. Infrared Thermometer (Model 90340)

  • Tāuta Pūhiko: The thermometer requires 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not included). Open the battery compartment, insert the batteries according to the polarity markings, and close the compartment securely.

  4. To retrieve the cooked pizza, slide the peel underneath the pizza and lift it out of the oven.

2. Using the Infrared Thermometer

  1. Point the thermometer's laser at the center of your pizza stone or cooking surface.
  2. Press and hold the trigger. The temperature will be displayed instantly on the digital screen.
  3. For optimal pizza baking, aim for a stone temperature between 750°F and 900°F (approximately 400°C to 480°C). The thermometer can measure up to 1000°F (550°C).
  4. You can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit readings using the designated button on the device.

3. Using the Pizza Cutter

  1. Place the cooked pizza on a stable cutting surface.
  2. Hold the pizza cutter firmly by the handle.
  3. Apply downward pressure and roll the sharp wheel across the pizza to create clean slices.
