Tātari Tohutohu Whakakapi
Follow these steps to replace the air filters in your LEVOIT LV-PUR131 Air Purifier:
- Prepare the Purifier: Me whakaweto te pūwhakapai hau, ā, me momotu mai i te putanga hiko.
- Tango Uwhi Whakamuri: Gently remove the back cover of the air purifier.
- Tango Tātari Tawhito: Carefully take out the used air filters and dispose of them properly.
- Unwrap New Filters: Unwrap the new LEVOIT replacement filters from their plastic packaging. Note: Filters are sealed to protect their lifetime. Remove all plastic packaging before installation.
- Install Activated Carbon Filter: Place the Activated Carbon filter inside the housing first. Ensure the pull tabs are facing outwards, towards the opening.
- Install True HEPA Filter: Install the True HEPA filter (referred to as 'Efficient Middle filter' in some documentation) into the housing. Again, make sure the pull tabs are facing outwards, towards the opening.
- Whakakapia te Uhi Whakamuri: Securely replace the back cover onto the air purifier.
- Whakakā me te Tautuhi Anō: Plug in and turn on the air purifier. Use a pen or a pencil to press the black reset button located inside the vent on the side of the air purifier. The "Change Filter" symbol on the display should now turn off.

Maintenance and Filter Lifespan
