1. Mounting the Metal Enclosure Box
Select a secure, dry location for mounting the metal enclosure box. Ensure it is easily accessible for wiring but out of reach of unauthorized personnel.

- Mark the desired mounting points on the wall using the enclosure's pre-drilled holes as a template.
- Drill pilot holes if necessary and secure the enclosure to the wall using appropriate fasteners.
2. Installing the Control Panel Board
Carefully install the PC1404 control panel board inside the metal enclosure. Ensure it is securely fastened to prevent movement.

- Align the control panel board with the standoffs inside the enclosure.
- Secure the board using the provided screws or clips.
3. Connecting the Keypad
Connect the PC1404 keypad to the control panel using the appropriate wiring. Refer to the wiring diagram for correct terminal connections.

- Connect the keypad's red, black, yellow, and green wires to the corresponding terminals on the control panel.

Connect the system to a reliable power source. The PC1404 operates on corded electric power.
- Connect the AC transformer to the control panel's AC terminals.

To disarm the system, enter your 4-digit user code. This will silence any active alarms and disarm all zones.

Regular maintenance ensures the optimal performance and longevity of your DSC alarm system.
