Follow these steps to set up your Anlapus DVR system.
1. Ihirangi mokete

2. Hononga Taapapa
Connect your cameras, monitor, and power supply to the DVR.
- Tāutahia te Puku Mārō (Whiringa): If you wish to record video, install a compatible 2.5/3.5 inch SATA hard drive (not included) into the DVR. Refer to the Quick Start Guide for detailed installation steps.
- Tūhono Kāmera: Connect your surveillance cameras to the "VIDEO IN" ports on the back of the DVR using BNC cables. The DVR supports up to 8 cameras.

- Honoa te Kiore: Plug the USB mouse into one of the USB ports on the DVR.

Upon first boot, follow the on-screen prompts to configure basic settings such as language, time zone, and network settings. If a hard drive is installed, you may need to format it through the DVR's menu system before recording can begin.

1. Ora View
After successful setup, you will see the live video feeds from your connected cameras on the monitor. Use the USB mouse to navigate the on-screen menu.

4. Customizable Detection Zones and Privacy Masking
You can customize specific detection zones within the camera's view to focus on critical areas and minimize unnecessary alerts. Additionally, privacy masking allows you to block out sensitive areas from being recorded, enhancing privacy.

5. Remote Access via Mobile App/PC Software
Download the free VSees app on your smartphone or tablet (Android/iOS) or install the PC/Mac software to access your DVR remotely. This allows you to view ora footage, play back recorded videos, and receive alerts from anywhere with an internet connection.
- Download the VSees app from your device's app store.
- Register an account and add your DVR device using its unique ID or QR code.
- Once added, you can access live view and playback functions.

6. Whakahoki Ataata

No Image on Monitor

General System Instability
- Hurihanga Hiko: Turn off the DVR, unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and restart.
- Pūmanawa: Ensure the DVR's firmware is up to date.
