4.1 Power Over Ethernet (POE) Connection
The SV3C 5MP POE IP Camera is designed for Power Over Ethernet (POE) connectivity, which simplifies installation by providing both power and data through a single Ethernet cable. A POE injector or POE-enabled router/NVR is required (not included).
- Connect one end of an Ethernet cable to the camera's LAN cable port.
- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to a POE injector or a POE-enabled port on your router/NVR.
- Ensure the POE injector/router/NVR is powered on. The camera will power up automatically.

4.2 Initial Setup (Non-POE or Configuration)
If you are not using POE or need to configure the camera initially, you can use the provided power adapter.

5.4 Humanoid Detection and Alarms
The camera can detect human movement and trigger alarms, reducing false alerts from other motion sources.
