3.3 Whakataumata
The wine cellar must be level for proper operation. Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the unit until it is stable and level. Use a spirit level to verify.

4.3 Tautuhinga Pawera
The Vitrifrigo DCW95 allows you to set the temperature within a range suitable for wine storage. Recommended temperatures:
- Red Wines: 14°C - 18°C (57°F - 64°F)
- White Wines: 8°C - 12°C (46°F - 54°F)
- Sparkling Wines: 5°C - 8°C (41°F - 46°F)
Press the temperature buttons to adjust the setting. The display will flash the new setting and then return to showing the actual internal temperature.
4.4 Loading Wine Bottles
Arrange bottles on the shelves to allow for proper air circulation. Avoid overcrowding. The DCW95 is designed to accommodate standard Bordeaux-style bottles. Larger or unusually shaped bottles may reduce the total capacity.
