The IROAD NX7 is a high-performance 2-channel dash cam featuring Full HD 1080P recording for both front and rear cameras, a 3-inch touch panel display, 24-hour parking surveillance with motion and impact detection, and advanced driving assistance systems (ADAS).

4.1 Te Whakarite i te Kāri MicroSD
- Before first use, it is recommended to format the included 16GB MicroSD card using the IROAD PC Viewer software or directly on the device via the touch screen menu.
- Insert the MicroSD card into the memory card slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted correctly to avoid damage.

- Repeat the process for the rear camera, mounting it on the rear windshield.
4.3 Te Mana Hononga
The IROAD NX7 comes with an OBDⅡ power cable for easy and reliable power supply.
- Locate your vehicle's OBDⅡ port (usually under the dashboard on the driver's side).
- Connect the OBDⅡ power cable to the OBDⅡ port.
- Connect the other end of the OBDⅡ power cable to the DC-IN Power Terminal on the IROAD NX7 front dash cam.
- Route the power cable neatly along the vehicle's interior trim to avoid interference with driving.
- Connect the rear camera to the front unit using the provided rear camera connection cable.

- The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on, provided it is connected via the OBDⅡ power cable.
- To manually power off, press and hold the Power Switch until the device shuts down.
5.2 Basic Recording Modes
The IROAD NX7 supports continuous recording, event recording, and parking surveillance recording.

- Loop Recording (Overwrite Recording): When the MicroSD card is full, the oldest continuous recording files are automatically overwritten to make space for new recordings. Event recordings are protected from overwriting.

The IROAD NX7 offers 24-hour parking surveillance with advanced features:
- Kitenga Nekehanga: The dash cam detects motion around the vehicle and automatically records footage.
- Kitenga Pānga: If an impact is detected while parked, the device records and saves the event footage.
- Time-lapse & Hyperlapse: For extended parking surveillance, the dash cam can record in time-lapse mode, compressing long periods into shorter videos, saving storage space.
- Battery Over-discharge Prevention: The dash cam monitors your vehicle's battery voltage and automatically cuts off power if the voltage drops below a set threshold, preventing battery drain.
5.4 Touch Panel Operation
The 3-inch touch panel allows for easy navigation and settings adjustment.
- Tap icons to access menus such as Live View, Playback, Settings, and File Whakahaerenga.
- Swipe to navigate through recorded files.
- Adjust settings like recording resolution, G-sensor sensitivity, parking mode options, and time/date.
5.5 Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS)
The IROAD NX7 includes ADAS features to enhance driving safety:
- LDWS (Punaha Whakatupato Whakarerenga Rarangi): Alerts you if your vehicle drifts out of its lane.
- FCWS (Punaha Whakatupato Tutuki Whakamua): Warns you of an impending collision with a vehicle ahead.

Note: ADAS features are supplementary and should not replace safe driving practices.

- Regularly format the MicroSD card (at least once a month) to maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption. This can be done via the dash cam's settings or the IROAD PC Viewē.
- Use only high-quality, genuine MicroSD cards recommended by IROAD.
- Replace the MicroSD card every 6-12 months, depending on usage, as flash memory has a limited lifespan.

- Do not use chemical cleaners or abrasive materials, as they may damage the device.
