- After filling with water, open the infuser basket and add your desired amount of loose leaf tea.

- Once brewing is complete, carefully remove the infuser using its handle to prevent over-steeping.

Temperature Selection and Heating
The kettle offers 5 preset temperature options for various beverages.
- Place the filled kettle onto the power base.
- Press the temperature selection button (often marked with a thermometer icon or temperature values) repeatedly to cycle through the available temperatures: 50°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, 100°C. The selected temperature will be indicated by an illuminated LED.
- Press the power button (often marked with an 'On/Off' symbol) to start the heating process.
- The LED lighting inside the kettle will change color according to the water temperature, providing a visual indication of the heating progress.
