This bed frame features a button-tufted upholstered headboard, four integrated storage drawers, and a sturdy wood slat support system, eliminating the need for a box spring.
2. Nga korero haumaru
- Tepe Taumaha: The bed frame has a maximum weight limit of 700 pounds. Do not exceed this limit.
- Huihuinga: Two people are recommended for assembly to ensure safety and ease. Keep all small parts and packaging materials away from children during assembly.
- Utauta: Use only the tools provided or appropriate hand tools. Power tools are not recommended as they may overtighten screws and damage the frame.
- Pūmautanga: Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten all connections.
- Turanga: Whakanohoia te anga moenga ki runga i te mata taumata.
3. Rarangi Waahanga me nga Waahanga
Before assembly, verify that all parts and hardware are accounted for by comparing them with the included parts list in your package. Keep all packaging until assembly is complete.

4. Nga Tohutohu Huihuinga
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. Refer to the numbered parts in your package and the provided diagrams.
4.1. Huinga Anga
- Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the parts list.
- Attach the side rails to the headboard and footboard using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Ensure all connections are snug but do not fully tighten until the entire frame is assembled.
- Install the center support beam and its legs to the main frame.
- Place the wood slats onto the frame. The slats are designed with a bolt-free quick-lock mechanism for easy installation. Ensure they are securely in place.

4.2. Huinga Pouaka
Each of the four storage drawers requires assembly of its wire basket and attachment to the fabric front panel.
- Assemble the wire basket components. The sides typically hook into the base.
- Attach the wheels to the bottom of the wire basket using the provided screws. Ensure they are firmly attached for smooth operation.
- Secure the assembled wire basket to the fabric front panel using the designated screws. Lay the fabric panel flat for easier attachment.
- Repeat for all four drawers.

4.3. Finalizing Assembly
- Once all components are in place, go back and fully tighten all bolts and screws on the bed frame.
- Slide the assembled drawers into their designated spaces under the bed frame.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
5.1. Using the Storage Drawers
The bed frame includes four steel-framed drawers designed for convenient under-bed storage. These drawers are equipped with smooth-rolling wheels for easy access. Each drawer also has two fixed holes to prevent accidental sliding once closed.
- To open: Gently pull the fabric front panel of the drawer outwards.
- To close: Push the drawer inwards until it aligns with the bed frame. The fixed holes will help secure it in place.

5.2. Adjusting the Headboard Height
The upholstered headboard is adjustable to accommodate different mattress heights or personal preference.
- The headboard can be adjusted to two height settings: 39.4 inches or 45.7 inches.
- To adjust: Loosen the bolts connecting the headboard to the frame. Carefully slide the headboard to the desired height setting, ensuring the holes align. Re-tighten the bolts securely.

6. Tiaki
- Tiaki Upholstery: The linen fabric upholstery should be dry cleaned only. Do not use liquid cleaners or harsh chemicals, as this may damage the fabric.

- Takitaki auau: Periodically inspect all bolts and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
