Follow these steps to set up your new audio system.

1.3 Hononga Antenna

For AM reception, connect the supplied AM loop antenna to the AM antenna terminals on the rear of the main unit. For FM reception, connect the supplied FM wire antenna to the FM antenna terminal. Extend the FM wire antenna fully for best reception.

1.4 Hononga Hiko

Plug the power cord into the AC inlet on the rear of the main unit, then plug the other end into a standard AC wall outlet (120V AC, 60Hz).

1.5 Hiko Tuatahi

Pehia te ON / STANDBY button on the front panel or the remote control to turn on the system. The display will illuminate.

2.1 Hiko / Whakaweto

Pehia te ON / STANDBY button to toggle the system between On and Standby modes. In Standby mode, the system consumes minimal power.

2.2 Kōwhiringa Pūtake

Pehia te WHAKAMAHI button on the front panel or remote control repeatedly to cycle through available input sources: CD, Bluetooth, USB, AM, FM, and AUDIO IN.

2.3 Whakahoki CD

  1. Pehia te WHAKAMAHI pātene hei tīpako i te pūtake CD.
  2. Pehia te TUwhera/KATI button (if available, or refer to disc slot) to open the CD tray.
  3. Place up to five CDs into the disc slots. Ensure the discs are placed correctly with the label side facing up.

Connect a USB flash drive containing MP3 or WMA audio files to the USB port on the front of the main unit. Select the USB source using the WHAKAMAHI button. Playback will begin automatically or can be controlled using the playback buttons.

2.6 AM/FM Reo Irirangi
