2. Tatūnga

Carefully unpack all components and verify that all items listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present. Inspect the camera for any signs of damage. If any components are missing or damaged, contact Lorex support immediately.
2.2 Hononga Waea
The LNB9393 camera utilizes a wired Ethernet connection for both power and data (Power over Ethernet - PoE). A CAT5e/CAT6 cable (not included) is required for connection to a compatible Network Video Recorder (NVR) or PoE switch.

- Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to a PoE port on your NVR (e.g., Lorex N883/N882/N881 Series NVRs) or a PoE switch.

The camera is designed for both indoor and outdoor use and can be mounted on a ceiling or wall. Use appropriate screws and anchors for your mounting surface to ensure a secure installation.

2.4 NVR and App Configuration
Refer to your NVR's instruction manual for initial setup and adding new cameras. Once connected to the NVR, download the Lorex app from your device's app store to access live view, recordings, and settings remotely.

3.1 Kounga Ataata 4K Ultra HD
The LNB9393 camera features an 8MP image sensor, delivering detailed 4K Ultra HD resolution video. It records at 30 frames per second (fps) for smooth, real-time motion capture.

3.2 Nga Mahinga Matakite Po
This camera offers extended night vision ranges. With sufficient external lighting, it can record in full color throughout the night, providing enhanced detail in low-light conditions.

The motorized varifocal lens allows for 4x optical zoom. Optical zoom ensures that video quality is maintained even when zoomed in, providing clear details at various distances.

4. Tiaki
4.1 Environmental Durability
The LNB9393 camera is built to withstand various environmental conditions:

4.2 Te horoi
To maintain optimal image clarity, periodically clean the camera lens with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could scratch the lens or housing.
