3.2 Te Tatūnga Tuatahi me te Hononga
The camera and monitor are pre-paired at the factory. If pairing is lost or you are adding additional cameras, follow these steps:
- Hia i te kamera: Plug in the camera unit(s) to a power outlet. The camera needs to be plugged in at all times for operation.
- Prepare Parent Unit: Open the antenna of the parent unit for better signal reception. Ensure the parent unit is charged or plugged in.

- Tīmatahia te Takirua: Select an available camera channel (e.g., Camera 1, Camera 2) and press OK. The monitor will display a pairing message.

- Whakaū: Once paired, the image from the camera will appear on the monitor screen.

- Place the camera unit at least 3 feet (1 meter) away from your baby's crib or playpen.
- Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to your baby.
- For optimal signal, avoid placing the monitor and camera near large metal objects or other electronic devices that may cause interference.
- The camera can be placed on a tabletop or mounted on a wall.

- Pātene Hiko: Press and hold to turn the monitor On/Off.
- Pātene Tahua/Āe: Press to access the main menu or confirm a selection.
- Kī Whakaterenga: Use the directional arrows to navigate through menus and control camera pan/tilt.
- Topa/View/Scan Button: Press to zoom in/out or cycle through connected cameras.
- Exit/Two-Way Talk Button: Press to exit a menu or press and hold to activate two-way talk.
4.2 Camera Control (Pan-Tilt-Zoom)
The camera offers remote control for a comprehensive view o te ruma o to tamaiti.
- Whakamahia te Navigation Keys on the parent unit to pan the camera 320° horizontally and tilt 120° vertically.
- Pehia te Topa/View/Scan Button to activate the 2X digital zoom for a closer look.

Communicate with your baby directly through the monitor.
- Patohia me te pupuri i te Two-Way Talk Button (microphone icon) on the parent unit to speak.
- Release the button to hear your baby's response.

4.4 Matakite Po
The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low light conditions, providing a clear black and white image.
- The night vision activates automatically when the room is dark.
- Details are clearly visible even in complete darkness.

4.5 ECO Mode (VOX/Power Saving)
The ECO mode conserves battery life by turning off the screen when no sound is detected.
- Access ECO mode settings from the main menu.
- Choose from 4 ECO levels. The screen will activate automatically when noise is detected from the baby's room.

4.6 Whakatangitangitangi
Soothe your baby with 8 gentle lullabies.
- Select the "Lullaby" icon from the main menu.
- Choose a lullaby to play or set them to loop.
4.7 Whangai Whangai
Set reminders for feeding times to ensure your baby is fed on schedule.
- Access the "Timer" option from the main menu.
- Set a feeding reminder from 0.5 hours to 5 hours.
4.8 Te Aroturuki Te Pawera
Monitor the room temperature in your baby's nursery and receive alerts if it goes outside a set range.
- The current room temperature is displayed on the monitor screen.
- You can set custom high and low temperature alerts in the "Temperature" settings menu.
- An alarm will sound if the temperature goes beyond your set range.
4.9 Tautuhinga Reo
The monitor supports 8 language options.
- Navigate to the "Language" icon in the main menu to select your preferred language.

5. Tiaki
- Te horoi: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the monitor and camera. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
