Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as the camera only supports this frequency. Follow these steps to connect your camera:
- Open the Vicohome APP and tap the "+" icon to add a new device.

The camera can be wall-mounted for optimal outdoor surveillance. Choose a location that provides a clear view of the area you wish to monitor and has strong Wi-Fi signal coverage.
- Mark the drilling spots using the mounting bracket as a template.
- Drill holes and insert the wall anchors if mounting on masonry or drywall.

The camera features a built-in microphone and speaker for two-way communication. To use this feature:

4.3 Motion Detection & AI Analysis
The camera uses PIR (Passive Infrared) motion detection and advanced AI to identify and alert you to activity. You can customize motion zones and sensitivity settings within the app to reduce false alarms.

- AI Analysis: Distinguishes between people, pets, packages, and vehicles for more accurate alerts.

The camera offers both infrared and full-color night vision modes.

4.5 Spotlight and Siren Alarm
The camera is equipped with a spotlight and siren to deter potential intruders.

Your camera supports two storage methods for recorded footage:
- Kaari SD Micro: Insert a Micro SD card (up to 128GB, not included) into the camera's SD card slot for local storage. Recorded events will be saved directly to the card.
- Rokiroki Kapua: The camera offers a free 3-day rolling cloud storage plan. This allows you to access recorded events from anywhere with an internet connection. Optional paid cloud plans may be available for extended storage duration.

5. Tiaki

Regularly check the battery level in the Vicohome APP. When the battery is low, recharge the camera using the provided USB cable. For outdoor installations, consider the placement to allow for easy access for charging.
