Please read and understand all instructions before using this product. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Pūmate Kakaina: Keep all cords out of reach of children. Never place the camera or cords within 3 feet (1 meter) of the crib or playpen.

3.1 Waeine Matua (Aroturuki)

The Parent Unit allows you to view and hear your baby. It features a display screen, control buttons, and a speaker.

3.2 Camera Unit (Baby Unit)

The Camera Unit captures video and audio from your baby's room. It includes a camera lens, microphone, speaker, and infrared LEDs for night vision.

4. Tatūnga

4.1 Te Whakataki i te Waeine Matua

  1. Connect the small end of the Parent Unit power adapter to the Parent Unit's power input.

  3. The charging indicator will illuminate. Charge the Parent Unit for at least 8 hours before first use to ensure optimal battery life.

4.2 Powering the Camera Unit

  1. Connect the small end of the Camera Unit power adapter to the Camera Unit's power input.

4.4 Pairing the Units (If Necessary)

The Parent Unit and Camera Unit are pre-paired at the factory. If you lose connection or add a new camera, follow these steps:

  • Topa: Pehia te Topa button (often integrated with an 'OK' or dedicated button) to digitally zoom in or out on the image. This model features optical zoom capabilities for clearer close-ups.

5.4 Matakite Po

The Camera Unit is equipped with infrared LEDs that automatically activate in low-light conditions, providing a clear black-and-white image of your baby in the dark.

5.5 Korero Rua-Waahi

To speak to your baby through the Camera Unit's speaker:

  1. Patohia me te pupuri i te Korero button on the Parent Unit.
  2. Speak clearly into the microphone on the Parent Unit.
  3. Tukua te Korero button to hear your baby again.

5.6 Te Aroturuki Te Pawera

The Camera Unit includes a temperature sensor that displays the room temperature on the Parent Unit's screen. You can set temperature alerts in the menu settings if the temperature goes above or below a specified range.

5.7 Whakatere Tahua

Pehia te Tahua button to access various settings, including:

  • Tairongo VOX: Adjusts the sound activation level.
  • Atakiko: Play soothing melodies for your baby.
  • Pūoho: Set reminders for feeding or other events.
  • Camera Management: Add, remove, or switch between multiple cameras.
  • Tautuhinga Pūnaha: Date, time, language, and factory reset options.

6. Tiaki me te Tiaki

  • Te horoi: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surfaces of the Parent Unit and Camera Unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Tiaki Mata: Gently wipe the camera lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid touching the lens directly with your fingers.
  • Tiaki Pūhiko: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the Parent Unit's battery frequently. If storing the unit for an extended period, charge it periodically.
  • Rokiroki: Store the monitor in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
