1.2 Tāuta

- Utuhia te Pukoro: Place the handset in the telephone base to charge. The handset will display "Charging" when properly seated. Allow the handset to charge for at least 16 hours before initial use.

2.2 Mīhini Whakautu
The integrated digital answering system can record messages when you are unable to answer calls. It offers up to 15 minutes of recording time.
- Purei Karere: Pehia te TAKARO/TATA button on the base unit to listen to recorded messages.
- Muku Karere: Pehia te MUMU button on the base unit to remove messages.

2.3 Whakahaere Waea
- Nuisance Call Blocker: This feature allows you to block unwanted incoming calls. Calls can be blocked from unknown numbers or by adding specific numbers to a Call Block List. Refer to the quick start guide for detailed setup instructions.
- Tau Waea / Tatari Waea: The phone stores up to 20 calls in its Caller ID log, allowing you to see who called while you were away or on another call.

Clean the telephone and base unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use cleaning sprays or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the finish or electrical components.
3.2 Tiaki Pūhiko
- Use only the supplied battery pack or an equivalent replacement.
- To maintain optimal battery performance, fully charge the handset for 16 hours before first use.
