- Hei Waea: Perehi KORERO / MAHI or any dialing key, then dial the phone number.

- Hei Whakamutu Waea: Perehi MATE/MAMA or place the handset back in the charging cradle/base.
Call Blocker Feature
The ES2001 allows you to block unwanted calls. You can block up to 100 numbers. When a blocked number calls, the phone will not ring, providing uninterrupted peace.
- Hei Ārai i tētahi Tau: During a call or from the Caller ID log, press the KAUPAPA PORI button (often represented by a shield icon) and follow the on-screen prompts.
- Ki a Review/Edit Blocked List: Access the menu and navigate to the Call Blocker settings.
