3. Tatūnga me te Tāuta

The WSDCAM alarm is designed for easy installation. Follow these steps to set up your device:

  1. Kōwhiria he Tauwāhi Whakapuru: Select a clean, flat surface on your desired item (e.g., bike frame, under motorcycle seat, car door, mailbox). Ensure the location allows the alarm sound to be heard clearly.
  2. Prepare the Alarm Unit: If using double-sided adhesive tapes, clean the back of the alarm unit and the mounting surface thoroughly. Apply the tapes to the alarm unit.
  3. Secure the Alarm:
    • For flat surfaces: Press the alarm unit firmly onto the cleaned surface.
    • For irregular surfaces or added security: Use the provided cable ties. Thread the cable ties through the designated slots on the alarm unit and around the mounting point, then tighten securely.
  4. Tāuta Pūhiko: The alarm unit requires 3 AAA batteries. Open the battery compartment, insert the batteries with correct polarity, and close the compartment securely.
