4.2 Installing the Doorbell

The JAIOT Wireless Video Doorbell offers two installation methods:

  1. Whakauu Tiu:
    • Position the doorbell panel (mounting bracket) on your desired wall location.
    • Mark the drill holes through the panel.

    • Secure the panel to the wall using the provided screws.

4.3 Setting up the Chime

Download the official JAIOT app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to pair your doorbell and chime with your Wi-Fi network and mobile device. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the doorbell or chime.

Open the JAIOT app on your smartphone to access the live video feed from your doorbell camera. The 1900 ultra-wide view allows you to see a comprehensive area around your door.

5.2 Two-Way Audio and Voice Changer

When a visitor presses the doorbell or motion is detected, you will receive a notification on your phone. Tap the notification to open the live view and initiate two-way communication. Use the voice changer feature within the app for added privacy during conversations.
