4. Tatūnga

The Riksion Walking Pad is designed for immediate use with no assembly required.

  • Hei Tīmata: Press the 'Start' button on the remote control. The walking pad will begin at a low speed.
  • Hei Whakamutu: Press the 'Stop' button on the remote control. The walking pad will gradually slow down and come to a complete stop.

5.3. Te Whakarite Tere

  • Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the remote control to increase or decrease the walking speed.
  • The speed range is from 1 km/h to 6 km/h. Adjust the speed to a comfortable and safe level for your workout.

5.4. Monitoring Your Workout

The LED display provides real-time feedback on your workout:
