Familiarize yourself with the components and controls of your Y80-2X headset.

- Maama Tohu Mahi: Ka whakaatu i te mana o te taputapu.
- Pātene Kaiāwhina Reo: Whakahohe kaiawhina reo.
- Power On/Off / Play/Pause / Hang Up Button: Pātene mahi-maha.
- Type-C Speaker MAC Interface: Connects speakers.
- Tauranga Whakatau Momo-C: Mo te utu i te taputapu.
- Intercom Key / Intercom/Charging Indicator: Intercom function and charging status.
- Volume Up / Next Song: Pehi poto mo te rōrahi ake, pehi roa mo te waiata e whai ake nei.
- Volume Down / Previous Song: Pihi poto mo te reo whakararo, pehi roa mo te waiata o mua.
4. Tatūnga
4.1. Te Whakataki i te Paneoro
Before first use, fully charge the headset. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charging port on the headset and to a USB power source. The charging indicator will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.
4.2. Te Tāutanga ki te Pōtae
The Y80-2X headset is designed for easy installation on various helmet types, including full-face, half-face, off-road, unmask, and retro helmets.

- Attach the mounting clip to the side of your helmet. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Slide the Y80-2X main unit onto the mounting clip until it clicks into place.
- Install the speakers inside the helmet, positioning them near your ears for optimal sound.
- Position the microphone in front of your mouth, ensuring it is clear of obstructions.
4.3. Takirua Nihokikorangi
To connect your headset to a smartphone or other Bluetooth device:
- Kia mahara kei te whakaweto te pane.
- Press and hold the Power On/Off button until the indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
- I tō waea atamai, whakahohea te Nihokikorangi ka rapu mō ngā taputapu e wātea ana.
- Select "Y80-2X" from the list of devices.
- Once paired, the indicator light will change to a slow flash or solid blue (refer to specific light patterns in the full manual).
The headset supports connecting to two mobile phones simultaneously, allowing flexible switching between music, navigation, and calls.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
5.1. Te Hiko / Whakaweto
- Whakahiko: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 3 seconds.
- Weto Whakakore: Press and hold the Power On/Off button for approximately 5 seconds.
5.2. Purei Waiata
- Purei/Tatari: Patohia poto te paatene Hia/Weto.
- Waiata Panuku: Pēhia roa te pātene Volume Up.
- Waiata o mua: Pēhia roa te pātene Volume Raro.
- Runga Runga: Patohia poto te paatene Volume Up.
- Raro Raro: Patohia poto te paatene Volume Raro.
5.3. Waea Waea
- Whakautu Waea: Short press the Power On/Off button when an incoming call is announced. The headset supports automatic answering after voice announcement of the telephone number.
- Whakamutu Waea: Short press the Power On/Off button during a call.
- Whakakore Waea: Long press the Power On/Off button when an incoming call is announced.
- Kaiawhina Reo: Short press the Voice Assistant button to activate your phone's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant).

5.4. Mahi Intercom
The Y80-2X supports two-person intercom communication up to 500 meters and is compatible with other Bluetooth intercom headsets.

- Tīmata Intercom: Short press the Intercom Key.
- Whakamutua te Intercom: Short press the Intercom Key again.
5.5. RGB Lighting Effect
The Y80-2X features a flash color RGB lighting effect. Specific controls for this feature are typically integrated with the main control buttons. Refer to the full product manual for detailed instructions on changing or disabling lighting modes.
6. Tiaki
- Te horoi: Whakamahia he ngohengohe, damp cloth to clean the headset. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Ātete wai: The headset is IPX6 rated for water resistance. While it can withstand splashes and rain, avoid submerging it in water. Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed.
