This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the OTOTEC Silver Ion Module. This module is designed as a replacement component for compatible Dreame robot vacuum cleaners, enhancing their cleaning capabilities by releasing silver ions into the water.
2. Hua Neke Atuview
The OTOTEC Silver Ion Module is an accessory designed to integrate with your robot vacuum cleaner's water system. It contains Ag+ ions and built-in beads. As water flows through the module, silver ions are continuously released, contributing to the physical cleaning process of surfaces. The internal beads move with the water flow, aiding in the module's function.

This silver ion module is compatible with the following Dreame robot vacuum cleaner series:
- Dreame L20 Ultra Series
- Dreame X10 Series
- Dreame S10 Series
- Dreame W10S Series
- Dreame S20 Series
- Dreame X20 Series
4. Tohutohu Tāuta
Follow these steps to install the silver ion module into your compatible Dreame robot vacuum cleaner:
- Whakatuwheratia te taupoki: Locate and open the lid of the clean water tank on your robot vacuum cleaner.
- Remove Water Pipe: Carefully remove the clean water pipe from its position within the clean water tank.
- Insert Silver Ion Module: Insert the silver ion module into the middle of the water pipe. For the first installation, the front of the pipe may be relatively tight. It may be necessary to pinch the pipe slightly and insert the module with gentle force.
- Reinsert Water Pipe: Insert the water pipe back into the drain of the clean water tank. Ensure a slight amount of force is used to firmly attach the pipe to the bottom of the tank.

5. Mahi
Once installed, the silver ion module operates automatically with your robot vacuum cleaner. When the device is active and using water for cleaning, the module will continuously release Ag+ ions into the water. This process contributes to maintaining a cleaner floor surface.
6. Tiaki
The silver ion module is a consumable item and requires periodic replacement to maintain optimal performance. The frequency of replacement depends on usage. When the module's effectiveness diminishes, or as recommended by your robot vacuum cleaner's manufacturer, replace it with a new OTOTEC Silver Ion Module by following the installation steps outlined in Section 4.

Key dimensions of the OTOTEC Silver Ion Module are as follows:
- Rectangular Module: Approximately 41mm (length) x 25mm (width) x 20mm (height)
- Cylindrical Module: Approximately 25mm (diameter) x 20mm (height)
- Taumaha Tūemi: Approximately 1.06 ounces (total for both modules)

8. Te Raru
If you experience issues after installing the silver ion module, consider the following:
- Module Not Fitting: Ensure the water pipe is correctly aligned and apply gentle, even pressure. If the pipe is tight, carefully pinch it slightly to aid insertion.
- Paheke wai: Verify that the water pipe is firmly attached to both the module and the clean water tank drain. Ensure all connections are secure.
- No Perceived Effect: The effect of silver ions is a physical cleaning process, not always immediately visible. Ensure the module is correctly installed and the robot vacuum is operating as usual.
