1. Hua Neke Atuview
The ARPHA WiFi Video Smart Lock with Camera & Doorbell is a multi-functional security solution designed for modern homes. It offers five keyless entry methods, including fingerprint recognition, keypad access, and app control, alongside traditional key access. Integrated features include a wide-angle camera, a doorbell, and an auto-lock function for enhanced convenience and security.

Before beginning installation, please verify that all components listed below are present in your package. Refer to the installation video for a visual guide to the contents.

3. Tatūnga me te Tāuta
The ARPHA Smart Lock is designed for easy installation. Please follow these steps carefully. For a visual guide, refer to the Installation Video Guide.
3.1 Prepare Your Door
- Measure the distance between the lock cylinder and the door edge to ensure compatibility (60mm or 70mm backset).
- Ensure the deadbolt is oriented correctly with the word "UP" facing upwards.

3.2 Install the Latch and Strike Plate

- Secure the strike plate to the door frame using the provided screws.
3.3 Install the Exterior Assembly
- Rotate the tail of the lock cylinder to the horizontal position.
- Pass the connection wire through the button of the cylinder.
- Align the protruding position of the latch with the concave position of the lock body and insert.
- Thread the antenna power cord through the bottom-right hole of the mounting plate.
- Secure the exterior assembly to the door using the mounting plate and screws.
3.4 Tāutahia te Huinga o Roto
- Adjust the knob on the interior assembly to the vertical position.
- Connect the front and rear power communication link cables.
- Secure the interior assembly to the door using the provided screws.
- Install 4 AA batteries (not included) into the battery pack.

4.1 Nga Tikanga Wewete
- Wewete Maihao: Place your registered finger on the fingerprint sensor for instant access. The lock features 1-second biometric recognition with a 99.9% recognition rate and can store up to 50 fingerprints.

- Waehere Kotahi-Wā: Generate temporary access codes for guests via the app.
- Traditional Key: Use the physical key as a backup.

4.2 Mahi Maukati-Aunoa
The smart lock features an auto-lock function that can be set to automatically lock the door after a specified period (10 seconds to 30 minutes). This ensures your home is always secure, even if you forget to manually lock it.

4.3 Doorbell and Two-Way Audio
Pressing the doorbell button on the smart lock will send an instant notification to your phone. You can then view live video, remotely unlock the door, and communicate with visitors using the built-in two-way microphone.

The smart lock requires 4 AA batteries (not included). When the battery level is low, you will receive an alert. Replace all four batteries simultaneously to ensure optimal performance and prevent issues.

5.2 Atete Huarere
The smart lock is IP65 waterproof certified and designed to withstand various weather conditions, with an operating temperature range of -31℉ to 158℉ (-35℃ to 70℃). Regular cleaning of the exterior with a soft, damp cloth is recommended to maintain its appearance and functionality.
