  • Reinforced Lock & Hinge: Equipped with a high-quality lock core and robust hinges to ensure secure closure and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Waterproof Sealing Strip: Features a rubber sealing strip and an IP66 protection class to prevent water and dust ingress, safeguarding internal electrical components. Includes an earthing screw for electrical safety.
  • Hewari te whakaurunga: Includes a removable galvanized mounting backplate for easy component installation and four wall mounting holes for secure wall fixation.
  • Whakamahinga Nui: Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, ideal for industrial equipment, medical devices, factories, construction sites, and residential areas.

4. Tatūnga me te Tāuta

The VEVOR Electrical Enclosure Box is designed for straightforward wall-mounted installation.

Hipanga Tāuta:

  1. Tīpako Tauwāhi Whakapuru: Choose a suitable wall location that is stable and can support the weight of the enclosure and its contents. Ensure adequate clearance for opening the door.
  2. Tohua nga Tohu Keri: Use the four wall mounting holes on the back of the enclosure as a template to mark the drilling points on the wall.
  3. Rua rua: Drill appropriate holes for your chosen mounting hardware (not included, typically screws and anchors).
  4. Mount Enclosure: Securely attach the enclosure to the wall using the mounting hardware. Ensure it is level and firmly fixed.
  5. Tāuta Wae: The removable galvanized mounting backplate facilitates the installation of electrical components. Install your devices onto this plate before securing the plate inside the enclosure.
  6. Whakapapa: Connect the enclosure to a reliable earth ground using the provided earthing screw.

5. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

Once installed and wired by a qualified electrician, operating the enclosure involves ensuring its protective features are maintained.

  • Uru: Use the provided key to unlock and open the enclosure door.
  • Katinga Haumaru: After accessing or performing any work inside, ensure the door is closed firmly and the lock is engaged to maintain the IP66 rating.
  • Tiaki Taiao: The enclosure is designed to protect against dust and water. Avoid direct, high-pressure water jets unless the enclosure is specifically rated for it, as this could compromise the seal over time.

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and protective capabilities of your VEVOR Electrical Enclosure Box.

  • Tirohanga Ia Wa: Regularly inspect the enclosure for any signs of damage, corrosion, or wear on the exterior, hinges, and lock.
  • Hiri Tika: Check the rubber sealing strip around the door for cracks, hardening, or displacement. A damaged seal should be replaced promptly to maintain the IP66 rating.
