Proper installation is crucial for the performance and longevity of your air conditioner. It is highly recommended that installation be performed by a certified SHARP service technician.

  • Outdoor Unit (Approximate): Refer to installation diagram for precise measurements.

Ngā Aratohu Tāuta:

  1. Kōwhiringa Pae: Choose a location for both indoor and outdoor units that allows for proper airflow, drainage, and easy access for maintenance. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources for the outdoor unit.
  2. Whakapiki: Securely mount the indoor unit on a wall and the outdoor unit on a stable surface or wall bracket, ensuring proper vibration isolation.
  3. Paipa Rerigerant: Connect the refrigerant lines between the indoor and outdoor units, ensuring no leaks. The system uses R-32 refrigerant.
  4. Waea hiko: Connect the power supply and communication wiring according to local electrical codes and the wiring diagram provided in the installation manual (separate document). Ensure proper grounding.
  5. Whakaheke wai: Install the drain pipe for the indoor unit to ensure proper condensation removal.
  6. Vacuuming and Test Run: Evacuate the refrigerant lines to remove moisture and air, then perform a test run to verify proper operation and check for any issues.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

Your SHARP AC is controlled primarily by the included remote control. Familiarize yourself with its functions for optimal use.

The remote control allows you to power on/off, select operating modes, adjust temperature, fan speed, and activate special features. Refer to the remote control diagram in the separate remote control manual for detailed button functions.

7-in-1 Convertible Cooling Technology:

This feature allows you to adjust the cooling capacity of the AC to match your specific needs, optimizing energy consumption. You can select from various percentages of cooling capacity:

Airflow and Filtration:

The unit features a long airflow design and advanced filtration for improved air quality.
