Drawer Lockout Issue

If you encounter an issue where you cannot open another drawer after closing one, or if a drawer cannot be fully closed, it might be related to the anti-tilt mechanism or improper drawer installation.

This video provides guidance on resolving drawer lockout issues, which can occur if the anti-tilt mechanism is not properly engaged or if a drawer is not securely fastened.

  • Drawer not closing fully: Fully pull out the problematic drawer. Push the small black latch on the side rail in the indicated direction while sliding the rail inward to remove the drawer. Repeat for the other side. Carefully remove the drawer. Reinstall the drawer, ensuring the connection points between the slide rails and the drawer are firmly pressed to ensure they are tightly secured and perfectly aligned.
  • Cannot open another drawer: First, check if the accessible drawer is securely fastened. If it's not properly fixed, adjust the drawer until it's in place. This should restore normal operation. If the issue persists, open the lower drawer and slide the locking lever on the inner side of the cabinet downward. Firmly press the connection points between the slide rails and the drawer to ensure they're tightly secured and perfectly aligned. Reattach the top drawer, then slide it fully closed.
