3. Nga Tohutohu Huihuinga
The YPOO X3 Exercise Bike arrives 80% pre-assembled. Full setup typically takes about 30 minutes. Please follow the steps below carefully.
3.1 Aratohu Ataata Huihuinga

3.2 Huihuinga-a-Taahiraa
- Install Front and Rear Stabilizers:
Remove pre-installed bolts and washers from the bike frame. Attach the front and rear stabilizers using the provided bolts and washers, tightening them securely with the 13# open wrench. - Tāuta Pedals:
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Rotate the left pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the right pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Tighten securely with the 15# open wrench to prevent noise. - Tāutahia te whakairinga nohoanga:
Loosen the L-shape pin knob on the bike frame. Insert the seat post into the frame, adjusting to your desired height until a "click" sound is heard, then tighten the knob clockwise to secure. - Tāutahia te Nohoanga:
Place the seat onto the seat slider on the seat post. Adjust the angle of the seat for comfort, then lock the nuts on both sides of the seat securely with the 13# open wrench. - Tāutahia te Pou o te Kakau:
Gently pull the frame cable (Line 1) out from the bike frame tube port. Untie the white wire (g) at the top of the handlebar post and connect it to the frame cable. Gently pull the wire through the handlebar tube until it emerges at the top, then secure it in place. Loosen the handlebar height L-shape pin knob, insert the handlebar post into the frame, adjust to position, release the knob to lock, and finally tighten the knob clockwise. - Tāuta Pae kakau:
Pass the white wire with the frame cable (Line 1) through the center slot of the handlebar. Ensure the cable is fed through and out of the handlebar, then set it aside. Place the handlebar onto the handlebar post, aligning the holes. Secure it using the provided M8*12 bolts and Ø8*16 washers with the hex wrench. - Install Monitor Decoration Cover:
Connect Line 1 from the frame to Line 1 on the monitor decoration cover. Connect Line 2 and Line 3 on the handrail to Line 2 and Line 3 on the decoration cover respectively (these two connections are cross-compatible and can be interchanged). Place the three connected signal wires inside the decoration cover, then clip the cover onto the handlebar. Secure using the ST4.2*16 screws with a screwdriver. - Install Bottle Holder and iPad Holder:
Place the bottle holder onto the handlebar post, aligning the screw holes. Lock it by using the hex wrench and M6*8 bolts. Align the holes on the back of the iPad holder with the holes on the top of the handlebar post. Use the screwdriver to tighten the ST4.2*10 screws with flat washers. - Whakauruhia nga Pataha:
Press your hands on the concave surfaces on both sides of the display, then gently pull the signal cable outward to remove the display. Flip the display over, install the two AAA batteries (included), then return and secure the display to its original position on the handlebars.
4. Tatūnga

Customize your riding position for optimal comfort and performance:
- Teitei nohoanga: Loosen the L-shape pin knob on the seat post. Adjust the seat up or down until your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob securely.
- Seat Forward/Backward: Loosen the knob under the seat. Slide the seat forward or backward to ensure your knees are aligned with the pedals. Tighten the knob securely.
- Teitei o te kakau: Loosen the L-shape pin knob on the handlebar post. Adjust the handlebars up or down to a comfortable height that allows for a relaxed upper body posture. Tighten the knob securely.
4.2 App Connection Guide
Enhance your workout experience by connecting your YPOO X3 to the KINOMAP app:

- Download the YPOOFIT app from your device's app store.

- Pupuri Ripa: Place your tablet or smartphone securely in the oversized holder for entertainment or app use during your workout.
- Water Bottle Holders: Utilize the dual holders to keep your hydration within easy reach.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your YPOO X3 Exercise Bike.
