    Invisacook is compatible with 12mm (1/2") porcelain, certain 20mm porcelain, and 15mm milled granite surfaces. It is NOT compatible with Quartz, Corian, Hi-Mac, or Laminate surfaces.

  • Do I need to use the InvisaMat?

    Yes, the InvisaMat must always be used when operating the Invisacook system to ensure proper heat transfer and protect the countertop surface.

    E2 indicates the countertop temperature has exceeded the safety limit and must cool down. E3 or E4 typically indicates the internal unit sensor detects overheating, often due to blocked ventilation fans.

  • Does the unit require ventilation?

    Yes, a minimum 2cm gap must be left on the underside of the unit so as not to obstruct the cooling fans from properly ventilating.
