To reset the lock, remove the battery cover and battery pack from the interior assembly. Insert the reset tool into the RES hole and hold it while reinserting the battery pack. Continue holding the reset button for about 5 seconds until the lock beeps and the indicator flashes.
If the batteries are depleted, you can use the mechanical key (if applicable) or connect a power bank to the emergency USB-C power port located on the exterior assembly to temporarily power the lock and enter your PIN or fingerprint.
Auto Lock is typically disabled by default. You can enable it in Master Mode via the keypad or through the companion app (e.g., KK Home App or via Z-Wave hub settings), allowing the door to lock automatically 30 to 180 seconds after unlocking.
Enter Master Mode by inputting your Master PIN code on the keypad, then select the user setting option. Follow the voice or manual instructions to register a new user PIN code (usually 4 to 10 digits).
