How do I activate Thermo King wireless sensors?
Activation requires the TK Technician Alpha Release app and a powered TK BlueBox. Installers must be near the BlueBox to activate temperature and door sensors via Bluetooth.

What is the TK BlueBox?
The TK BlueBox is a telematics device that receives data from wireless sensors via Bluetooth Low Energy to monitor temperature, humidity, and door status in refrigerated transport units.

Where should the temperature and humidity sensor be mounted?
The sensor should be mounted under the roof, near the Return Air Grille (RAG) or Discharge Air Grille (DAG) inside the refrigerated compartment, ideally on the left side to avoid forklift interference.
