1. Whakaritenga: Clean the shaft and housing thoroughly. Ensure there are no burrs, rust, or foreign particles.
2. Shaft Fit: The ER12 bearing features an extended inner ring with set screws. Slide the bearing onto the shaft. The fit should be snug but not excessively tight.
3. Tiaki: Once positioned, tighten the set screws on the extended inner ring to secure the bearing firmly to the shaft. Ensure even tightening to prevent misalignment.
