3. Tatūnga
3.1 Te hono i to Kaitakaro
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI OUT port on your Players Media Player.
- Connect the other end of the HDMI cable to an available HDMI IN port on your TV or display. Note the HDMI input number (e.g., HDMI 1, HDMI 2).
- Connect the power adapter to the DC IN port on the Players Media Player.

3.2 Hiko Tuatahi me te Tatūnga Whatunga
- Turn on your TV and select the correct HDMI input source (e.g., HDMI 1).
- The Players Media Player will automatically power on and display the setup wizard.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, time zone, and connect to your Wi-Fi network. You will need your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
- If prompted, update the device firmware to the latest version for optimal performance.

4.2 Basic Navigation and Media Playback
From the home screen, use the navigation pad to browse available apps and content. Select an app (e.g., a streaming service) by pressing the OK button. Within an app, navigate to your desired content and press OK to start playback.
4.3 Advanced Features (Example: Screen Mirroring)
Your Players Media Player may support screen mirroring from compatible devices. To enable this feature, navigate to Settings > Display > Screen Mirroring and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your smartphone or tablet.

To clean the Players Media Player, unplug it from the power outlet. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use liquid cleaners, aerosols, or abrasive solvents.

Periodically check for firmware updates to ensure your device has the latest features and security enhancements. Navigate to Tautuhinga> Pūnaha> Whakahou Pūmanawa and select 'Check for Updates'. Follow any on-screen prompts to install available updates.
