- Wewete ana: Carefully remove the oven from its packaging. Inspect for any shipping damage. Remove all packing materials, including any protective films or tapes from the interior and exterior surfaces.
- Turanga: Place the oven on a stable, level, heat-resistant countertop or surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance around the oven for proper ventilation (minimum 4 inches from walls and other appliances). The unit's exterior dimensions are approximately 21.75” H x 23.5” W x 21” D.
- Hononga Hiko: This oven requires a 220V/60Hz, 2670W, 12 Amp electrical supply. Ensure the electrical outlet is properly grounded and can support the oven's power requirements. Do not use extension cords.

It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15-20 minutes at its highest temperature setting (570°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this initial operation; ensure the area is well-ventilated.

- Whakawera mua: Close the oven door. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired cooking temperature (range 120°F - 570°F). Allow the oven to preheat until the indicator light turns off, signaling that the set temperature has been reached.
- Uta Kai: Carefully place food items on the cooking racks. The oven can accommodate up to 4 half-size sheet pans with 3 inches of space between each shelf. Use oven mitts when handling hot racks or pans.
- Tautuhi Waka: Turn the timer control knob to the desired cooking time (up to 120 minutes). The oven will begin cooking. The internal fan will circulate hot air throughout the cooking process.
- Aroturuki: The double-wall glass door allows for easy monitoring of food without opening the oven, which helps maintain consistent internal temperature.
- Whakaoti: Once the set time has elapsed, the timer will chime, and the oven will turn off. Carefully remove cooked food using oven mitts.
- Whakawetohia: If cooking is completed before the timer runs out, turn both the temperature and timer knobs to the "OFF" position.

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your convection oven.

- Whaa tunutunu: Wash racks with warm, soapy water. They can also be soaked to loosen baked-on food. Rinse and dry completely before returning to the oven.
- Kuwhera Karu: Clean the glass with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the glass.
- Do not use steel wool, abrasive pads, or harsh chemicals on any part of the oven, as this can damage the finish.
- Ensure all parts are dry before plugging the oven back in and using it.
