The Mitel MiVoice 5304 IP Phone is a compact and cost-effective entry-level display phone designed for various environments such as hotel rooms, university dorms, classrooms, and retail spaces. It provides essential communication features and integrates seamlessly with Mitel IP-based communication platforms.
This phone supports both MiNet and SIP protocols, offering flexibility in deployment. It features a backlit display, two lines with LED indication, and programmable keys for enhanced functionality.

3.3 Whakapuru Taiepa (Kōwhiringa)
The Mitel 5304 IP Phone can be wall-mounted. An optional wall-mount kit (sold separately) may be required. Follow the instructions provided with the wall-mount kit for proper installation.

4.2 Using Programmable Keys
The Mitel 5304 features eight programmable keys. Their functions are typically configured by your system administrator and can include:
- Speed Dial numbers
- Access to specific features (e.g., Call Forward, Do Not Disturb)
- Paging functions
- Voicemail access
- Huihuinga
To use a programmable key, simply press the button corresponding to the desired function.
4.3 Te Whakaritea i te Rōrahi
Use the volume control buttons (usually located below the keypad or on the side of the phone) to adjust the handset, speakerphone, or ringer volume. Press the + button to increase volume and the - paatene hei whakaiti i te rahinga.
4.4 Message Waiting Indication
A flashing LED indicator on the phone signifies that you have new voicemail messages. To retrieve messages, press the dedicated Karere button (if configured) or dial your voicemail access code.
