  • Unpack all frame components.
  • Connect the circular frame sections using the CROSS-SECTION system. Ensure each connection clicks into place firmly.
  • Attach the 5 U-shaped leg bases to the circular frame.
  • Verify all frame connections are secure and the structure is stable.

3.2 Jumping Mat and Spring Installation

Install the jumping mat and attach the 70 galvanized springs.

  • Lay the jumping mat evenly across the frame.
  • Using the provided spring tool, attach the 70 galvanized springs. Start by attaching springs at opposite points (e.g., 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, 3 o'clock, 9 o'clock) and then fill in the gaps to ensure even tension.
  • Ensure all springs are securely hooked to both the jumping mat and the frame.

3.3 Safety Net and Pole Installation

Install the safety enclosure net and its supporting poles.

  • Assemble the curved safety net poles.
  • Attach the foam-covered poles to the trampanga oline.
  • Thread the safety net onto the poles, ensuring the net is taut and the springs are outside the net for maximum safety.
  • Secure the net at the top and bottom as per the instructions, ensuring the double zipper entry is functional.

3.4 Ladder Installation

Attach the ladder for safe access.

  • Assemble the ladder components.
  • Hook the ladder securely onto the trampanga oline.

4. Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere

  • Pre-Jump Check: Before each use, quickly check the trampoline for any loose parts, tears in the net or mat, or damaged springs.

  • Tikanga Peke: Start with small bounces and gradually increase height. Maintain control at all times.
  • Exiting the Trampoline: Stop jumping, walk to the ladder, open the zipper, and carefully climb down. Do not jump off.
  • Tirohanga: Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult.

  • Padding: Ensure the protective padding over the springs is intact and securely fastened.
  • Rokiroki Takurua: For prolonged periods of non-use, especially during winter, it is recommended to disassemble the trampoline and store it indoors in a dry place. This protects components from extreme weather and extends their lifespan.
