The pump is protected against dry running and blockages by Oase's environmental function control and includes a patented frost protection system.

The Oase Aquamax Eco Premium 16000 can be installed either submerged in water or dry (outside the pond).
Tāutanga Ruku:
- Connect the appropriate hose to the pump's outlet. Ensure all connections are secure using the provided hose clamps.
- If using the second auxiliary input for a satellite strainer or surface skimmer, connect it now.
- Place the pump horizontally on a stable, level surface at the deepest part of the pond, ensuring it is fully submerged.
- Route the power cable safely to a weatherproof outdoor power outlet, ensuring a drip loop is formed to prevent water from running along the cable to the outlet.

Dry Installation:
- Position the pump on a stable, level surface outside the pond, ensuring it is protected from direct sunlight and extreme weather. The pump must be installed below the water level of the pond to ensure proper priming.
- Connect the inlet hose from the pond to the pump's inlet and the outlet hose to your filter system or water feature. Ensure all connections are watertight and secure.
- If using the second auxiliary input, connect it as required.
- Route the power cable safely to a weatherproof outdoor power outlet.
