- Prepare the trimmer: Ensure the trimmer is turned off and cooled down. Disconnect the spark plug wire for safety.
- Remove existing head (if applicable): If an old trimmer head is present, remove it according to your trimmer's manual.
- Install the adaptor: Screw the selected adaptor onto the trimmer's drive shaft. Ensure it is securely tightened.
- Attach the P25 trimmer head: Align the P25 trimmer head with the installed adaptor and screw it on until it is firmly seated. Do not overtighten.

- Raina whakamua: The P25 features an automatic line advancement system. When the line wears down, simply tap the trimmer head lightly on the ground while the engine is running at operating speed. This will release a small amount of new line. The cutting blade on your trimmer's guard will automatically trim the line to the correct length.
- Mahinga Tino Pai: For best results, maintain a consistent engine speed and avoid overloading the trimmer head by trying to cut too much material at once.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your trimmer head.
