This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your OSRAM Halostar Starlite Halogen Pin-Base Light Bulb. This product is a 10-watt, 12-volt G4 halogen capsule bulb designed for high lumen output and crisp white light, with an average rated life of 4000 hours. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and operation.

- Weto Whakakore: Always ensure the power supply to the fixture is turned off before installing, removing, or handling the bulb.
- Whakamahanahana: Allow the bulb to cool completely before handling. Halogen bulbs can reach high temperatures during operation.
- A ape i te Whakapā Tika: Do not touch the glass part of the bulb directly with bare hands. Oils from your skin can create hot spots, leading to premature bulb failure. Use a clean cloth or gloves when handling.
- Tika Voltage: Me whakarite kia tika te kaha o te pūramatage (12V) matches the fixture's voltage. Te whakamahi i te oro hētage can damage the bulb or fixture.
- Te Pūmau Tika: Use only in suitable fixtures designed for G4 pin-base halogen bulbs.
- Whakamahi Roto: This bulb is intended for indoor use only.
- Te tukunga: Makahia ngā pūangi kua whakamahia kia rite ki ngā ture ā-rohe.

Tatūnga me te Tāuta
- Whakaweto Hiko: Locate the light fixture's power switch and turn it to the OFF position. For added safety, turn off the circuit breaker supplying power to the fixture.
- Tango Pupura Tawhito (mehemea e tika ana): If replacing an existing bulb, allow it to cool completely. Gently pull the old G4 pin-base bulb straight out from its socket. Do not twist.
- Kakau Purama Hou: Carefully remove the new OSRAM Halostar Starlite bulb from its packaging. Avoid touching the glass envelope with bare hands. Use a clean, lint-free cloth or gloves to hold the bulb by its ceramic base or pins.
- Kōkuhu Purama Hōu: Align the two pins of the new bulb with the holes in the G4 socket. Gently push the bulb straight into the socket until it is fully seated. Do not force the bulb.
- Whakaora i te Mana: Once the bulb is securely installed, turn the circuit breaker back on, then turn the light fixture's switch to the ON position.
Nga Tohutohu Whakahaere
After successful installation, simply turn on the power switch connected to the light fixture. The OSRAM Halostar Starlite bulb will illuminate instantly, providing its intended light output.

Halogen bulbs generally require minimal maintenance. The primary maintenance task is bulb replacement when it reaches the end of its operational life.
- Te horoi: If the bulb's glass becomes dusty, ensure the power is off and the bulb is cool. Gently wipe the glass with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Whakakapinga: When the bulb burns out, follow the installation steps to safely replace it with a new OSRAM Halostar Starlite G4 10W 12V bulb.
