This manual provides instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Mitel Bluetooth Module and Handset Bundle. This bundle is designed to enhance the functionality of compatible Mitel IP Phones by providing wireless communication capabilities.

1. Installing the Bluetooth Module
The Bluetooth Module is compatible with Mitel 5330, 5340, and 5360 IP Phones.
- Locate the accessory port on the back or side of your compatible Mitel IP Phone.
- Carefully align the Bluetooth Module with the port and insert it until it clicks into place.
- Ensure the module is securely seated.
2. Installing the Handset Battery
- Open the battery compartment on the Mitel Bluetooth Handset.
- Connect the battery pack's connector to the corresponding port inside the compartment.

Before first use, fully charge the handset battery. The battery recharge time is approximately 3 hours or less.

4. Pairing the Handset with the Module
Refer to your Mitel IP Phone's specific instructions for Bluetooth device pairing. Generally, the process involves:
- Enable Bluetooth on your Mitel IP Phone via its menu settings.
- Put the Bluetooth Handset into pairing mode (usually by pressing and holding a specific button until an indicator light flashes).
- On your IP Phone, search for available Bluetooth devices.
- Select the Mitel Bluetooth Handset from the list and confirm pairing.
- A confirmation message or indicator light will signify successful pairing.

- Once paired, the Bluetooth Handset will function as an extension of your IP Phone.
- To make a call, dial the number on your IP Phone and pick up the Bluetooth Handset, or use the handset's call button if supported by your phone system.
- To answer an incoming call, press the call button on the Bluetooth Handset.
- To end a call, press the call button again or place the handset back in its cradle.

- The handset offers approximately 6 hours of talk time and 44 hours of standby time on a full charge.
- Recharge the handset when the battery indicator is low.
Out of Communications Range Warning
- The handset will emit a warning tone if it moves out of range from the Bluetooth Module.
- Move closer to your IP Phone to re-establish the connection.

- No audio during calls: Check the volume settings on both the handset and the IP Phone. Ensure the handset is fully charged and properly paired.
