4.2 Using Soft Wi-Fi (Windows Laptops Only)

The Soft Wi-Fi feature allows your Windows laptop to act as a Wi-Fi hotspot, sharing the data card's internet connection with up to 5 other devices. This feature utilizes your laptop's existing Wi-Fi hardware.

  1. Ensure your data card is connected to the internet via Mobile Partner.
  2. Within the Mobile Partner software, locate the Soft Wi-Fi option (exact location may vary by software version).
  3. Enable the Soft Wi-Fi feature and configure the network name (SSID) and password as desired.
  4. Other devices can now connect to your laptop's Wi-Fi hotspot using the configured credentials.

4.3 PC Voice and SMS

The Mobile Partner software includes functionalities for making and receiving phone calls and sending/receiving text messages directly from your computer.

  • SMS: Navigate to the "SMS" or "Messages" section within Mobile Partner to compose, send, and read text messages.
  • PC Voice: Access the "Call" or "Voice" section to dial numbers and manage calls using your computer's microphone and speakers.
