2. Nga Tohutohu Haumaru
Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in personal injury or damage to the equipment. Keep this manual accessible for future reference.
- Kaimahi Tohu: Installation and maintenance must only be performed by qualified and authorized personnel in accordance with local regulations and standards.
- Haumaru Hiko: Ensure the power supply is disconnected before any installation or maintenance work. All electrical connections must comply with local electrical codes.
- Hot Surfaces/Water: The pump and connected pipes may become hot during operation. Allow the system to cool down before handling.
- Tepe Mahi: Do not operate the pump outside its specified operating limits (voltage, temperature, pressure).
- Parenga: Ensure the pump is protected from frost and direct exposure to weather elements.
3. Hua Neke Atuview
The Wilo Yonos Pico 25/1-6 is a high-efficiency, electronically controlled circulator pump designed for various heating and air conditioning applications. Its compact design and advanced features ensure reliable and energy-efficient operation.

4. Tāutanga
Proper installation is crucial for the pump's performance and longevity. Always ensure the system is depressurized and drained before installation.
Hipanga Tāuta:
- Tūnga Whakapuru: Install the pump in a horizontal position with the motor shaft horizontal. Ensure sufficient space for ventilation and maintenance.
- Hononga Paipa: Connect the pump to the piping system using appropriate fittings. Ensure all connections are watertight. Avoid mechanical stress on the pump from the piping.
- Hononga Hiko: Connect the pump to the electrical supply according to the wiring diagram provided with the product and local electrical regulations. Ensure proper grounding. The pump operates on 230 Volts (AC).
- Filling and Venting: After installation, fill the system with the appropriate fluid and vent the pump thoroughly to remove any trapped air.
5. Tatūnga Tuatahi
Once installed and electrically connected, the pump requires initial setup.
- Whakahiko: Restore power to the pump. The digital display will illuminate.
- Kōwhiringa Aratau Mahi: Use the rotary knob on the control unit to select the desired operating mode (e.g., constant differential pressure, variable differential pressure, fixed speed). Refer to the pump's specific display icons for mode identification.
- Whakatikatika Tautuhinga: Adjust the required head or speed setting using the rotary knob. The display will show the current setting or power consumption.
6. Mahi
The Wilo Yonos Pico 25/1-6 is designed for continuous operation. Once set up, it will automatically adjust its performance based on the selected operating mode and system requirements.
- Aroturuki: Periodically check the digital display for current operating status and any error codes.
- Whakatikatika: If system requirements change, you can re-adjust the operating mode or settings using the rotary knob.
- Whakaweto Raro: To temporarily stop the pump, disconnect its power supply. For extended periods of non-use, follow maintenance guidelines for storage.
