Consider the listening area and desired sound coverage. For optimal stereo imaging, place speakers equidistant from the primary listening area. Your LS3-PE speakers offer versatile mounting options:
- Tāutanga ki roto i te Papa: Attach the speaker to the provided ground stake. Push the stake firmly into the soil in your desired location. Ensure the speaker is stable and angled correctly for sound projection.
- Tauranga Maunga Mata: Use the included surface mount bracket to attach the speaker to a deck railing, wall, or other flat surface. Secure the bracket using appropriate screws (not included) for the mounting material. Adjust the speaker angle as needed.

3. Hononga Waea
The LS3-PE speakers are designed for wired connection to an amplifier or receiver. Each speaker has a positive (+) and negative (-) terminal. Ensure correct polarity when connecting to your ampkaikawe
- Waea Tukuoro: Use high-quality, outdoor-rated speaker wire. For runs up to 50 feet, 16-gauge wire is typically sufficient. For longer runs, consider 14-gauge or 12-gauge wire to minimize signal loss.
- Te hono atu ki nga Kaikōrero: Strip approximately 1/2 inch of insulation from the ends of your speaker wire. Connect the positive (+) wire (often red or marked) to the positive terminal on the speaker, and the negative (-) wire (often black or unmarked) to the negative terminal. Ensure no stray wire strands are touching.
