Tatūnga

1. Te Wetewete me te Whakanoho:

   Carefully remove the DVD player and all accessories from the packaging. Place the unit on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation. Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.

   Connect the DVD player to your television using an HDMI cable for optimal 1080p up-converted video and audio. Insert one end of the HDMI cable into the HDMI OUT port on the DVD player and the other end into an available HDMI IN port on your TV.

   For older TVs, you may use RCA audio/video cables (not included) by connecting the corresponding color-coded jacks (yellow for video, red for right audio, white for left audio) from the DVD player to your TV.

3. Hononga Hiko:

   Plug the power cord into the AC IN jack on the back of the DVD player, then plug the other end into a wall outlet.

4. Hiko Tuatahi:

   Press the power button on the front of the unit or on the remote control to turn on the DVD player. Switch your TV's input source to the corresponding HDMI or AV input where the DVD player is connected.

   The player will typically begin playback automatically. If not, press the TAKARO/PAUSE te paatene ki te mamao, ki te waeine ranei.

   The remote control provides full functionality for the DVD player. Key buttons include:

   • PANUI: Accesses the player's settings menu.

   • Patene Pere: Navigate menus and selections.
   • USB: Switches to USB input for media playback.

4. Purei Whakahoki USB:

   Insert a USB memory device into the USB port on the front of the player. Use the remote control to select the USB input. Navigate through your media files (photos, music, videos) using the arrow buttons and press OK ki te takaro.

5. Tahuritanga-ake 1080p:

   The player automatically up-converts standard definition DVDs to 1080p resolution when connected via HDMI to a compatible TV. This feature enhances visual clarity and detail.

6. Dolby Digital Sound:

   The player supports Dolby Digital audio for rich, immersive sound. Ensure your audio system or TV is configured to receive Dolby Digital signals for the best experience.
