- Nga Waahanga Ma: Before first use, disassemble and clean all parts that come into contact with breast milk according to the "Maintenance and Cleaning" section.
- Assemble Pumpset:
- Attach the chosen breast shell (26mm, 28mm, or 31mm) to the connector.
- Insert the Optiflow soft massage insert (if desired) into the breast shell.
- Attach the lip valve to the valve head.
- Screw the bottle onto the pumpset.
- Connect the tubing to the pumpset and the pump unit.

- Pūurutau Matua: Connect the power adapter to the pump unit and a wall outlet.

The ARDO Calypso-to-Go breast pump features 64 individual settings for vacuum and cycle to ensure a comfortable and efficient pumping experience.
- Whakahiko: Patohia te mana hiko (⏻) to turn on the pump. The display will illuminate.
- Adjust Vacuum (Suction Strength): Use the "Vacuum" up (▲) ka heke (▼) buttons to increase or decrease the suction strength. Start with a low setting and gradually increase to a comfortable level.
- Adjust Cycles (Frequency): Use the "Cycles" up (▲) ka heke (▼) buttons to adjust the pumping frequency. Higher cycles are often used for let-down, while lower cycles are for milk expression.
- Find Your Ideal Setting: Experiment with different combinations of vacuum and cycle settings to find what works best for your body. The goal is effective milk expression without discomfort.
- Shabbat Mode: The Calypso is Shabbat-mode capable with an external Shabbat clock (not included). Refer to the specific instructions for using this feature if applicable.

The pump's Vacuum Seal Technology ensures a closed system, preventing breast milk or impurities from entering the connecting tube or pump unit. This design provides reliable protection against contamination and infection.

- Rokiroki: Store clean and dry components in a clean, dry place when not in use.

- Ensure you are using the correct breast shell size.
- Experiment with different vacuum and cycle settings to find the most effective combination for you.
- Ensure you are relaxed and comfortable during pumping. Stress can affect milk flow.
- Consult a lactation professional if low milk output persists.
