This instruction manual provides detailed guidance for the assembly, operation, and maintenance of your Omega 2-Tier Black Starter Shelving Unit. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use to ensure safe and proper installation.
Nga korero haumaru
- Raukaha Taumaha: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 800 lbs (363 kg) per shelf. Overloading can cause structural failure and injury.
- Mata Pumau: Always assemble and place the shelving unit on a flat, level, and stable surface to prevent tipping.
- Huihuinga: Ensure all components are securely fastened during assembly. Do not use power tools for tightening plastic clips as this may cause damage.
- Tamariki: Keep children away from the shelving unit during assembly. Do not allow children to climb on or play with the unit.
- Tiaki: Regularly inspect the unit for loose parts or damage. Address any issues immediately.

Tatūnga me te Runanga
This shelving unit is designed for tool-free assembly. Follow these steps carefully:
- Tāpirihia ngā Waewae Whakatairite: Screw the four leveling feet into the bottom of each shelf post. Tighten them securely.
- Mark Shelf Height: Determine the desired height for your first shelf. The posts have grooves at 1-inch intervals. Place a pair of shelf clips around each post at the desired height, ensuring the arrows on the clips point upwards and the clips snap together securely in a groove.
- Tāutahia te Whata Tuatahi: Carefully slide one wire shelf down over the four posts, aligning the shelf collars with the installed shelf clips. Press down firmly on each corner of the shelf until it is securely seated over the clips. You may need to gently tap the shelf with a rubber mallet (not included) to ensure it is fully seated.
- Install Second Shelf: Repeat step 2 and 3 for the second shelf, positioning it at your desired height.
- Taki Whakamutunga: Once both shelves are installed, gently rock the unit to ensure stability. Adjust leveling feet if necessary to eliminate wobbling.

- Uta ana: Distribute weight evenly across each shelf. Avoid concentrating heavy items in one area.
- Raukaha: Do not exceed the stated weight capacity of 800 lbs per shelf.
- Pūmautanga: For optimal stability, place heavier items on lower shelves.
- Whakaritea Teitei Papa: To adjust a shelf, remove all items from the shelf. Lift the shelf off the clips, remove the clips, reposition them at the new desired height, and then re-seat the shelf.
Te tiaki
- Te horoi: Wipe the shelving unit with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris. For stubborn marks, use a damp cloth with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Tirotiro: Periodically check all shelf clips and leveling feet to ensure they are secure.
- Aukati Rust: While the unit has a durable finish, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture to prevent rust.
