Carefully remove the CD player and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components are present: the portable CD player unit and stereo earbuds.

Powering the Device (Battery Installation)

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the CD player.

  3. Insert two (2) AA batteries (not included) into the compartment, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.

The player features 60-second anti-skip protection to prevent interruptions during movement. This feature buffers audio data to ensure smooth playback.

  1. Ensure no CD is playing.
  2. Pehia te MODE button (if available, or power on and it defaults to radio if no CD).
  3. Whakamahia te TUNE UP or TANGATA KI RARO buttons (often integrated with skip buttons) to find your desired FM station.
  4. Extend the earbud cable as much as possible, as it acts as the FM antenna.

Mana Rōrahi

Adjust the volume using the analog volume control dial located on the side or front of the unit. Rotate clockwise to increase volume and counter-clockwise to decrease volume.

Programmable Tracks

This CD player allows you to program up to 20 tracks to play in a specific order.

  1. With the CD stopped, press the KAUPAPA button. The display will show "P01" and flash.

  6. To clear the program, open the CD compartment or press the KATI pātene rua.
