Before first use, fully charge your Zendure A4 Portable Charger.

1. Te utu i te Peeke Hiko: Connect the included Micro USB cable to the power bank's input port and plug the other end into a USB wall charger (not included). The LED indicators will show charging progress.
2. Initial Device Connection: Once the power bank is charged, connect your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) to one of the USB output ports using your device's charging cable. The power bank will automatically begin charging.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Zendure A4 Portable Charger, follow these maintenance guidelines:

If you encounter issues with your Zendure A4, consider the following common solutions:

• Kāore te Pūrere i te utu: Ensure the power bank is sufficiently charged. Try a different USB cable or a different output port. Verify your device's charging port is clean and undamaged.
• Karekau te Peeke Hiko i te utu: Check the Micro USB input cable and the wall adapter. Try a different wall adapter or USB port. Ensure the cable is fully inserted.
• Whakaoho Puturi: Ensure you are using a high-quality USB cable. For pass-through charging, a 10W+ power source is recommended for optimal speed.
• Ko nga tohu LED e kore e mahi: If the power bank is functioning otherwise, this might indicate a minor issue. Try fully discharging and recharging the unit. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
